Generally, black color is used in the packaging of products belonging to top-tier. It is mainly associated with elegance. White color


If you want your product package to look simple, you can pick white color. White color represents peace and calmness. It can also represent creativity. It means that with white color of packaging, you have endless possibilities to show your creativity to your audience.

Red color


If you want your package to attract attention, you can use a bold color as red. And since this color gets the metabolism going, it is used for the foods. Red color is also associated with the feeling of excitement and passion.

Orange


The orange color represents fun. Orange, brown and yellow are correlated to each other from the perspective of packaging as all of these colors represent low cost. It means that if you want to show your customers that your product is cheaper, you can give the product orange, yellow or brown color.

Green


Green color represents nature. This color is commonly associated with the health, wellness and money. If you want to connect your product with the environment, you can use green color on the packaging. Nevertheless, you have to keep in mind that green color on the packages is forbidden in certain countries.

Purple


In some situations, you would want your products to invoke some kind of imagination in the minds of the customers. It’s a no-brainer that you are going to have to use colors for this purpose. The right color that you can use to invoke imagination is the purple color.

Blue


Blue is the color of reliability of trust. Different shades of blue can be associated with different several meanings. If you are selling a serious product, you can color its package the bolder blue. If you want your package to reflect creativity, you can use light blue color.
